If an important life event prevents you from traveling, you are however able to re-book for a future mission tour date. If this is not possible due to longer-term illness, we shall surely refund you the whole amount.

1. Arrival: The first day of the tour is your arrival day at the hotel. It’s a chance to rest and connect with other participants for our introduction. It is highly recommended that you arrive a day earlier to get enough rest before we start and to reduce the impact of potential flight delays or cancellations.

2. Airports & Visa:

   • Arrival airport: Kigali International Airport (KGL)

   • All nationalities get a visa on arrival at Kigali airport (cost is $50, it takes 3 minutes).

3. Trip Preparation: You will receive 4-5 official emails with the hotel address and additional preparatory guidance around 6 weeks before the trip.
