The 3-months coaching package consists of:

1- 6 x 45-mins private coaching sessions with Dr. Harnet via audio

2. Guided 'homework' for maximum progress

3. Unlimited personal email access to Dr. Harnet for 3 months.

Coaching sessions are generally ONLY available on Thursdays & Fridays between 5 AM - 12 PM EST  (10 AM - 5 PM UK)
